I'm ready to take back my life! I just turned 38 in April and am waaaaaaaay to
young to feel this old! I'm tired of not liking what I see when I look in the
mirror. I'm happily married to my husband, Dave (5 years this June); we have
3 great children between us - his are 22 and 20 and mine is 17. We are

progress! While I've only lost 5# in 3 weeks, my arms are really toning up.

8/8/08 update: Still not seeing a lot of downward movement on the scale
(grrrrrr), but my jeans ARE getting looser around the waist and thighs, so
WOO HOO!! It's getting a bit easier to make working out more of my routine,
although it's still not an "autopilot" kind of thing.....I'm working on it!
10/3/08 update: things have been extremely hectic - work is out-of-
control-crazy; hubby has been in Houstin since Ike hit helping with clean-up
(I miss him terribly); teenage daughter has been.....well a teenager!! All these
stessors have peaked at the same time - and my workouts and eating habits
have suffered....have to get back on track somehow..........
