More statistics| FunDancer Houston, TX While I don't need to lose weight, I do need to turn the flab back into muscle! Being 5'4" and weighing in at 123 lbs. I wouldn't mind putting on a little more weight if it is muscle and not fat. My problem seems to be that I don't eat enough calories daily because I really need help in knowing what to eat! I know it sounds stupid, but I just flat forget to eat and when | ?
