Energetic and outgoing are the words my friends would describe as - with
always a smile on my face and a loud laugh to go right with it! I have a flare for
the wild adventures in life from skydiving to skiing to cliff jumping. I enjoy many
physical activities and especially enjoy the Turbo side of life!

Growing up in Minnesota I had a very outgoing and active lifestyle full of
sports and outdoor activites. My first job out of school opened my eyes to the

Growing up in Minnesota I had a very outgoing and active lifestyle full of
sports and outdoor activites. My first job out of school opened my eyes to the
world of desk sitting and should I say desk munching! I began to work more
hours and workout less. Soon, I found myself with a extra few pounds - a
few stunning pounds at 45 pounds over my desired weight. I realized I
needed to make a change and knew it would be a hard one at that! I never
realized how life transforming the journey would be! I began working out
with Slim in 6 series and lost over 35 pounds and lost 4 nches off of my
waist! Enough to bring my confidence back to a stronger more focused
person. Now, my goal is to lose the remaining 10 pounds and be able to sport
a bikini without blinking an eye when walking past the mirror! :)
