What to say about myself. I am 35 years old and am on day 9 of P90. when i started the P90 program I weighed in at 297 pounds and on my 1 week weigh in i weighed in at 288 so I had a 9 pound drop in weight in just one week and still going strong. I started doing light cardio in the mornings by jogging the week before my P90 package arrived with a little weight training. My diet consists of fresh veggies, lean meats, no trans fat, and lots of More ...
I started doing light cardio in the mornings by jogging the week before my P90 package arrived with a little weight training. My diet consists of fresh veggies, lean meats, no trans fat, and lots of fruit. I found a unique resistance band that allows weights to be screwed onto the 1 pound handles so I can add up to 5 pounds resistance to the resistance bands. It provides a true workout for sure. I generally try to do at least 20 minutes cardio in the morning and then alternate the circuit and cardio routines after work and it seams to be working out so far. My biggest supporter would have to be my wife and kids as they seen me fight for years and I was at the breaking point of giving up totally. But I have a new grasp on life and health so nothing is going to stop me now.
