Hi my name is Jena i'm 23yrs old and i live in Newport Beach, CA. In high
school I was really active in sports, I played varsity soccer, basketball,
softball. When high school ended I stopped everything. I lost the passion for
everything because my dreams where not achieved. I gave up and gained
weight over those years. I currently play on a co-ed softball team once a
week, which is what motivated me to start working out again. My friend took
me to this turbo kickboxing class and it had great music was a lot of fun! It
didn't really feel like I was at the boring old gym, and it got me excited to
work out again. My friend told me I can order these videos and do this
workout in the comfort of my own home. I've just started and I'm loving it!
We all think we don't have enough time in the day or enough energy to
workout so now I just pop in the dvd at home and get motivated! CRANK UP
THAT MUSIC!!
