I am not overweight, but my body fat to muscle ratio is really skewed. My goal is to build muscle and get my body fat down to 21%. I wish to start doing a lot of outdoor sports such as skiing, kayaking and hiking and really want to be in peak shape to do them. I am 44 so I best start today as it's not going to get any easier. I am nervous about sticking with it, but am determined to do so with the support of other BB members!!
