I have struggled with my weight since the birth of my first child in late 2001. I started Slim in 6 in July 2009 and in October 2009 I had lost 12 lbs and approximately 10 inches allover. I have struggled with my weight since the birth of my first child in late 2001. I started Slim in 6 in July 2009 and in October 2009 I had lost 12 lbs and approximately 10 inches allover. This is the most successful I have been on any program. I have relapsed twice since that great success, actually sticking to it and accomplishing strength and definition from March 2010 through August 2010. Then I fell off the program again, pulled a back muscle (not during workout) and then just couldn't get it together again. So here I am in February 2011, blubbery and with tight fitting clothes and would like to begin yet again. I don't know what it would take for me to stick with it long term.
