Like everyone stress, work and having fun got in the way of keeping healthy. I made excuses and one day I made a choice to get in shape. The P90x program keeps me motivated and most of all it works. Glad to be part of Team Beachbody and happy to promote great products.

"Keep doing what you are doing" she said. So far I have lost a total of 40+ pounds. Now focusing on Insanity to get those ROCK HARD ABS!!!! Bring It and Dig Deeper!
