For 15 years, I was a competitive swimmer, never fully appreciating the shape I was in. I swam through junior college, competing on the intercollegiate swim team. I also played water-polo for two years and was active in tae kwon do. At this point in time I have cut my caloric intake to 1500 per day and naturally had my Doctor look over a journal of weekly meals to make sure I am not eliminating anything. I do not believe in diets More ...
At this point in time I have cut my caloric intake to 1500 per day and naturally had my Doctor look over a journal of weekly meals to make sure I am not eliminating anything. I do not believe in diets that elimanate anything from the diet or stack on too much of one good thing. I don't see myself as on a diet but only eating what I need. I have also started doing the "turbo jam" workouts on a daily basis. Rotating between "cardio party" twice a week and the "twenty minute workout" combined with core strengthening pilates workouts three times a week to give a total of 50 minutes exercise 6 days a week.
