I turned 65 in April 2007. Last year I won the Arizona State Triathlon Championship in my age group. Last January, work got in the way of my training. Ironman triathlon is a 25 to 30 hour per week commitment. I put on an embarassing few pounds in the past few months! So, I joined P90X to accelerate my "comeback". -:)
