When I started working out to "Power 90" from Beachbody, I couldn't do push-ups from my knees. I couldn't do much of anything. I couldn't climb out of the water onto the swim platform on the back of More ...
When I started working out to "Power 90" from Beachbody, I couldn't do push-ups from my knees. I couldn't do much of anything. I couldn't climb out of the water onto the swim platform on the back of our boat. I had to use the ladder. I couldn't get up on the wake-board. I was probably around 33% body fat.

I struggled for a long time, had a few injuries and was in a car wreck. I wouldn't heal. I wasn't getting a lot stronger. Then I finally discovered the magic of what you eat. Eating the best foods, lots of protein, Shakeology and supplements. I started to heal, get stronger and was able to be consistent with my workouts and work out harder! Now I can do several push-ups from my feet, get on our boat easily, no ladder. I can wake-board. I've lost 20 lbs. I can wear my girls clothes. They are 21 yrs old. I ran a 1/2 marathon last October and it was pretty easy. I got down to 108 lbs. so running didn't hurt my feet-knees. I've learned to swim and got scuba certified. I'm amazed at what I can do, that I couldn't do before, and how much energy I have!!

My next goals are to run a 6.5 min mile, a 7 min pace 5k, finish a marathon, swim a mile with ease, wake board with confidence, snowboard the hard slopes and 10 wide pull-ups!
