I started my membership experiencing issues with extra weight and decreased energy, in an attempt to prevent future health issues.
I would rather do a workout that yields results slower if it is more fun, because I know I will be more likely to maintain good health and fitness if I am having fun doing it.
I started my journey to better health in July of 2011, made significant improvements and then let other things in life take priority and slipped back. I need to make a life change, a commitment. I've learned some things about myself since then and am ready to go.
