More statistics| GeoLes I am a 55 year old male who thinks of himself as active. I bicyle twice a week and have just begun a regimen of running 1-2 miles and weight training 3 days a week. I have moderately severe tendonitis in my left knee, but am hesitant to do anything surgical. I need lots of stretching to keep the lower limbs loose. That is one of my biggist challenges todate.
