I am a 55 year old male who thinks of himself as active. I bicyle twice a week and have just begun a regimen of running 1-2 miles and weight training 3 days a week. I have moderately severe tendonitis in my left knee, but am hesitant to do anything surgical. I need lots of stretching to keep the lower limbs loose. That is one of my biggist challenges todate.

I am a 56 year old, active person. I love bike riding, light jogging (I have tendonitis so I have to go easy), and rollerskatin (no. Not rollerblading, "roller Jamming" to popular upbeat music.). With all this, I still mange to tip the scales at 235lbs. I saw the P90X commerical and wanted the product. It was expensive, as videos go, and my wife yelled at me, but I got it anyway. Now she sees me doing quality workouts at home and using the gym for aerobics, spin bike, stretch and steam/whirlpool. I don't see much difference in overall body fat right now, but I do feel a heck of a lot better.
