I am in my mid-thirties. I played sports in high school and some volleyball and softball throughout my twenties. Now, in my thirties, with a family and a desk job, I had become completely sedentary. My weight had ballooned from about 190 7 years ago, to 249 earlier this year. It was time to do something.

I am still working on getting my routine going full-time. I am doing the P90X and really enjoy working out with Tony. I do the workouts three or four times each week, but I am still seeing some results. I have gotten a couple of comments that people have noticed some small changes. Now to just keep going and get that best body my wife has been dreaming of.
