I`m a mother of two awesome kids and I went back to school to become a special ed teacher. I`m 40 years old now, have a lot of energy and spirit, but can`t get rid of the baby fat I accumulated over the last two years since my son`s birth. I want to loose approx.15 pounds and tone my abs and other muscles.
