GLENDALE, AZ Hello, My name is Lisa I am a mom of 2 Children, 4 & 7yrs. and the wife of an amazing man. I have always been involved with fitness and want to share my experience with others to support them on their journey to living a healthy lifestyle. It started with my high school(many many moons ago) weight training teacher, she really started a passion in my heart for being strong and living healthy, Hello, My name is Lisa I am a mom of 2 Children, 4 & 7yrs. and the wife of an amazing man. I have always been involved with fitness and want to share my experience with others to support them on their journey to living a healthy lifestyle. It started with my high school(many many moons ago) weight training teacher, she really started a passion in my heart for being strong and living healthy, its been game on ever since. I played fast pitch softball for 5 yrs. Raced mountain bikes for several yrs.(hit podium 3x) was a fitness model and a certified personal trainer. It's so hard to admit but I fell into the cliche of, had children and stopped working out after my second child. I lost all my hard earned muscle, Oh so soft. However, a friend introduced me to Power 90 and I began to kick my own butt. Yeah!! It was so hard but I stuck to it. I started riding my bike again, trail running and just feeling like Lisa again. I fell off briefly but got back in with Slim In 6, and took the ActiVit Multi.. Then on to P90X, I'm getting quick results in strength and toned muscles but I'm still in the beginning of the P90X series, it has charged my engine. I was recently (Oct. 19, 2010)introduced to Insanity, WOW this is no joke Insane! Love it. This is what I'm meant to do. I want to help as many people as I can even more specifically the kids. I want young kids and tweens to know how important it is to live this lifestyle Beachbody is promoting. I'm ecstatic to be a Team Beachbody Coach and want to impact as many lives as I can. I have been drinking Shakeology for 6 weeks now and what a tremendous difference in my energy and lean body mass overall.
