Hello I am 55 years old, "Granny" to 2 adorable boys and twin girls! I used to be in great shape and quit working out the last 10 years. so I am committed to getting back into shape, eating healthy (not dieting) and having more lean muscle than body fat!
I ride a harley motorcycle and I want to be riding when I'm 76 years old!
I NEVER want my grandsons to think of me as old!

I have been in great shape in the past and just got busy or lazy after 40 years old and quit working out! I have let 2 pounds a year creep up on me over the last 10 years! So now I am about 20 More ...
I have been in great shape in the past and just got busy or lazy after 40 years old and quit working out! I have let 2 pounds a year creep up on me over the last 10 years! So now I am about 20 pounds overweight, but more importantly, my ratio to lean muscle to fat is very low! I am not as interested what the scale says I weigh, but, increasing that lean muscle!
I am in the health education business and working very hard to educate individuals, families and small groups on how to have diet and lifestyle be your number one health strategy!

I am NOT going to sacrifice my health to lose weight! I want to do it right, so that I'm healthy and the weight stays off!
