I started p90x shortly after having my 3rd child w/ the goal of losing the almost 30 lbs of residual post partum weight left!! But, after completing the 90 days, then losing more than the 30lbs of fat plus gaining some awesome toned muscles,was hooked on it since I felt so incredible healthwise,mentally and just overall!! After completing my 3rd half marathon and PR'ing at 1;54 and continuing to improve, I was amazed at what a difference this program had brought to my training!!I cut 24 min off my last time!!since then, I have been inspired in so many ways to get healthy and encourage others o do the same. I have been sharing all the info that I've learned while on the job with others who are suffering with so many chronic and debilitating as well as devastating health issues. We are in a health crisis and am determined to help others not be a statistic!
