For me, my goals are NOT about numbers... it's about being HEALTHY and living a lifestyle. I didn't get OBESE overnight, nor will I take it off overnight. From my calculations and from what I have learned, it will take about 2 years to take off the actual weight that puts me in the "healthy" range for my height.

Being this big is truly a wrong representation of who I am in Christ~ so it's time

Although I have not lost a lot of #s, I am VERY happy with the results I have seen thus far! I ACTUALLY ENJOY working out now, my heart is stronger, my lungs are stronger and I get good rest at night!

I have to keep the following things in mind while I continue on this journey (they may help you too):
1- Short term pain for LONG TERM gain!
2- Life is a Marathon~ not a sprint. so pace yourself and keep pressing in~ you're here for the long haul!
3- Desire= craving enough to SACRIFICE... what do I desire today? What is the sacrifice it will take to get it?
