I have transformed my body thus far by eating right. I eat fiber cereal mixed
with oatmeal and soy milk in everymorning and I try to eat natural foods

I have transformed my body thus far by eating right. I eat fiber cereal mixed
with oatmeal and soy milk in everymorning and I try to eat natural foods
(veggies and fruits) throughout the day. Whenever something is warmed up
or cooked I take enzyme pills before the meal. I also try to eat yogurt every
day and I mix it with wheat germ and cottage cheese with some fruit. I also
add flax seed in some of my meals. ... That was writen in May. I am tryng to
get back to that eating habbit because eating healthy is the best thing not
only for your weight but your heart, mind & soul.
