Transformation story

I completed P90 without missing one day (resting once per week!). I did NOT
follow a good eating plan, so I only lost a little bit of weight, but what a
difference in my level of strength. More ...
I completed P90 without missing one day (resting once per week!). I did NOT
follow a good eating plan, so I only lost a little bit of weight, but what a
difference in my level of strength. Don't give up! I could barely do 3 (yes, 3!)
pushups on my knees when I started. Now during a workout I can do 66!
(15/15/21/15) Now that's progress! I've done SI6 and have gone back to P90.
The real change in me is going from NEVER working out to being consistent
at 6 days a week.
