Native to the mid-west, but moved to the east coast in 2008.

I've been heavy most of my life, reaching a peak of 268lbs. in 2006 when a friend(married 2010) encouraged me to go to the gym three times a week. I took her advice and lost about 80lbs in a 1.5 yr, getting to a low of 190lb in 2008.

Since then, I've gained half the weight back and am currently at 230lbs. with a goal of
