I am a happily divorced mother of two, and grandmother of two as well! I've been struggling with weight and fitness issues for more years than I care to even try to count, and have joined fitness programs online as well as offline, but keep coming back to the same old frumpy me again. I really want to get myself back into a healthy state. I hope this will be the ticket!

My plan is to eat 5 times a day, limiting calories and (hopefully) eliminating hunger and/or cravings. I also plan on using baby steps to get my fitness program re-instated, beginning with a minimum of 20 min per day, at least 5 days per week, including both cardio and toning exercises.
