I left the Navy in 1997 and slowly packed on the pounds. In July 2008, I attended a Cotillion with my daughter and, when I saw the pictures, realized I had to do something. I weighed 255, had extremely high blood pressure, sweated profusely, never went to bed without taking a few powerful antacids and could wake the neighborhood with my snoring!

So, I started by going to the gym and watching what I ate. Soon after, my wife developed some health problems that made getting to the gym regularly a problem. I had to find a replacement for the gym, so I dusted off my old copies of Power 90 (on VHS - old school!). So far, I've lost 60 lbs and I'm still pressing play!
