Hi,
I began P90X for the first time in April of 2011 and finished in July 2011. It was amazing! My body feels the best it ever has I am the most flexible I have ever been. The whole experience of the P90X system was great and I am in the best shape of my life right now.

In July of 2010, I injured myself while running and the result was a misalignment in my pelvis that caused extreme pain in my hips and back. Numerous appointments (over 35) to the chiropractor only served as a 24 hour fix and I needed something else, something more powerful, a permanent fix. So, I gave P90X a try and became immediately addicted to the way I felt upon completing a workout. As time and workouts have passed, my hips/pelvis have basically re-aligned because I am more muscularly balanced. I have maintained my 170 pound weight, but have turned any fat into muscle with this program. My flexibility has never been so limber and I feel great physically.

Currently, I am working out with P90X2 for the second time and the results just keep coming. My body is stronger, leaner, and more flexible than I ever imagined.
As a former college baseball player, I had been training with heavy weights and also doing a lot of cardiovascular exercises for years. Never once did I realize that I was working out the wrong way and actually hurting myself in the process. You do not need heavy weight to obtain a strong body. Body weight is all I need now and the results speak for themselves.

P90X/P90X2 isolates every part of your body that you need to have a more successful workout with less time wasted.
