I like to think of myself as always have being an active person. In high school I played football, ran track, played volleyball and in my spare time I cycled succesfully completing the M.S 150 5 years in a row with the last year finishing the 1st 100 miles in the top 100 out of 6000+ riders. I did quite a bit of water sking and in my early 20's picked up snowboarding which I quickly fell in love

I have followed the Nutrition Guide to the "T" and the same with the Fitness Guide. I am doing the classic version and love it. Ive noticed that through out my 1st month I was bonking everyday and More ...
I have followed the Nutrition Guide to the "T" and the same with the Fitness Guide. I am doing the classic version and love it. Ive noticed that through out my 1st month I was bonking everyday and finally relized I wasnt eating enough calories. With help through my coach I am now eating the right amount of calories and feel great!

Future plans for P90X is to up my weight during lifts and more reps in everything from 1 handed push ups to chin/pull ups. After I am done with P90X Im not sure whether Im going to do round 2 or move on to P90X+
