Hi, I am a single father of two teenage children, I run my own
electrical contracting business and love to plan trips and I travel frequently.
I've
always been a sports oriented person and throughout my life I have stayed fit
playing basketball, baseball, water & snow skiing, snowboarding and surfing
but now I only occassionally snowboard (on my trips out west) in the winter

Well, hello again! I've just completed my first 90 day program P90X! It was a
lot of hard work but my results are pretty amazing. I just looked at my new
pictures and I really had no idea More ...
Well, hello again! I've just completed my first 90 day program P90X! It was a
lot of hard work but my results are pretty amazing. I just looked at my new
pictures and I really had no idea of the big changes to my body. I knew I was
feelng stronger than I had in some time but I wasn't very overweight when I
started and I only lost 10 pounds in the process. But oh how the weight had
changed! My back, chest and arms had developed muscles I don't believe I
ever had even when I was in my teens and twenties. Running my own
business and staying on track for 90 days meant setting the alarm for 4:45
am so I could complete my workout by 6:30 am and be on the road by 7 am
but it was all well worth it. I felt great after every work out and that made it
easier to get up the next day. Who would have thought a guy like me would
like Yoga and Kenpo X so much! I'm maintaining my results right now with 10
minute trainer, sporadic P90X workouts and starting spin classes again at the
YMCA but I have ordered P90X+ and plan on starting that program in the
spring so I can be ready for the beach this summer. Thanks SuzX and
