What to say in a personal bio. I am presently 35 years old and work in
Information Technology (desk job). I have always does some level of fitness
but always off and on. I am married and have two young daughters (2 and 4
years old). I am looking to get down to 200 pounds (i'm 6 foot 2" tall) while
also increasing muscle mass. In the end it will not matter if I do or don't lose
the weight so

I'm in week 5 of P90X - I am noticing some significant changes in my body
(jeans are quite loose) and my muscle tone is better as well. I am enjoying the
P90X program quite a bit - i love More ...
I'm in week 5 of P90X - I am noticing some significant changes in my body
(jeans are quite loose) and my muscle tone is better as well. I am enjoying the
P90X program quite a bit - i love how it is a set workout everyday.

I have improved quite a bit in several of the workouts, namely the Ab Ripper
X and Yoga X. I still have room for improvement in all the workouts - i'm
focused on achieving the best form possible. I still struggle with pull-ups but
I keep trying my best!

Never thought I would enjoy Yoga but this is becoming one of my favorite
workouts.
