Hello! I am a happily married mother of three. I am 38 years old. I am in banking. so I sit alot at work. I want to change the way I look & feel for myself & for my family. I feel tired & sluggish most of the time & I don't feel very attractive anymore. I am hoping that with the help of my friends & family & this program will give me the momentum that I need.
