My name is Gyles and I live in Winter Haven, Florida, which is about half way between Orlando and Tampa. We are blessed with lots of entertainment as we are close to Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens, and Universal Studios.

When I was younger I was in great physical condition, but as the years came on I got a little complacent and have gotten away from the Beach Body physique. But will be getting back into condition with my new Beach Body membership. I can hardly wait for the renewed energy and stamina. I am 63 years old and need this to help me make it to 100.
