my lifestyle. I have been training since I can remember once I started I just
could not stop. In my free time I enjoy reading books, playing sports, working

Starting brand new I have goals already set in mind. first my long term goal is
goal is to weight 240 lbs currently I am 200 lbs. Breaking this down i want to
gain 5-10 lbs a month. I plan More ...
Starting brand new I have goals already set in mind. first my long term goal is
goal is to weight 240 lbs currently I am 200 lbs. Breaking this down i want to
gain 5-10 lbs a month. I plan on growing fast as well as defined so I also
plan
on dropping my body fat from16% to about 12-10% or less. I have currently
been working out on a new program the last three weeks. Not only do i notice
the visible changes like when looking in the mirror, but I feel the energy
difference throughout the day. I am usually fatigued from a normal day, not
with my new supplements they help give me that extra energy. Now I have
more energy to study and stay focused on the important things in life.
