Hello my name is Isaac, I am a fitness professional by trade and training is my lifestyle. I have been training since I can remember once I started I just could not stop. In my free time I enjoy reading books, playing sports, working on my car, and working out. Ill be your coach I am glad you made the choice to improve your health with us. No question is a dumb question so I encourage you to ask them if you have them. I am here for any questions you may have concerning dieting, supplementing, or even your workout program. All three components are vital to the success and completetion of your goals, as well as necessary to keep good health. I have been working out since I was a little kid, as I grew so did my knowledge and passion for fitness. I have been throught the whole lot of diets and workout programs as well as supplements. I’ll be working toward my goals at the same time you are working toward your own. I have worked in the club gym, studio, and in home enviorment as a trainer. I studied N.A.S.M. opt and N.A.S.M. pro, core, and ployometrics programs, I have been studying fitness and researching supplements and new diet programs since I could read. As an athlete growing up I started about the age of eight playing club sports and after school activities, always training for success and learning whatever I could about fitness. Now I am working in the as a beachbody coach and personal trainer, I love what I do and that’s why I am glad to have you as a coach. I would like you to write me your goals and accomplishments since working out, and why? If you are new to fitness altogether I would still like to here you goals and why these are your goals? What will you gain from obtaining these goals? My Goals also included seeing you to your goals and helping you develop in your program the whole way through. From developing a program for eating, supplementing, and working out. To explaining why something in your program needs to be adjusted and how the adjustment will pertain to your goals.

Starting brand new I have goals already set in mind. first my long term goal is goal is to weight 240 lbs currently I am 200 lbs. Breaking this down i want to gain 5-10 lbs a month. I plan More ...
Starting brand new I have goals already set in mind. first my long term goal is goal is to weight 240 lbs currently I am 200 lbs. Breaking this down i want to gain 5-10 lbs a month. I plan on growing fast as well as defined so I also plan on dropping my body fat from16% to about 12-10% or less. I have currently been working out on a new program the last three weeks. Not only do i notice the visible changes like when looking in the mirror, but I feel the energy difference throughout the day. I am usually fatigued from a normal day, not with my new supplements they help give me that extra energy. Now I have more energy to study and stay focused on the important things in life.
