I am a native of Colorado and have recently transitioned into a more enjoyable lifestyle for myself by changing full time careers from mortgage processing, which I had been doing for the last 14 years, to massage therapist, which I had been doing on the side for the last 7 years. As a mortgage processor I was not as actively physical and moving as I am as massage therapist and found that I gained about twenty pounds the last few years as I was sitting in front of the computer doing my job. Now as a full time massage therapist I find that I move more and stay more active but do not have the energy I would like to have from being more fit. So my goal is to incorporate strengthening and toning to help achieve a higher satisfaction and a little more ease in doing my job of which I totally love doing.

I am the middle child and the single one, never been married or had kids, in the family. I enjoy my dogs and spending quality time with my family and friends the most. Compared to my mom and my sister I was blessed with length in my legs which has helped disguise the weight that I have put on but I have great support from my sister who is a mother of 3 and has done a terrific job at staying physically motivated by training and competing in a women's triathlon the last two years. She is a inspiration to me and I plan on hopefully supporting her next year and the years coming in competing with her in her next triathlon.
