I’ve been a holistic health practitioner for over 15 years, specializing in custom tailored diet, exercise, and lifestyle plans. I also teach cooking classes, and give lectures on various health and fitness related topics. My clients all over the world have successfully transformed their bodies and regained health, some of them overcoming obstacles like eating disorders, history of abuse, or terminal cancer in the process. Empowering people to take responsibility for their own life and health is my passion.

10. HEALTH. The formula is almost too simple, but don’t let that fool you: regular exercise + balanced diet = health.
9. BEAUTY. Exercise and clean diet will reward you with radiant, younger looking skin, firm and toned physique, shiny eyes and hair, and great posture. Not to mention self confidence – so attractive.
8. CALM. The best way to reduce stress is to exercise and eat a healthy diet. When you are firmly grounded, like a tree with strong roots, you can endure a storm with minimal damage.

5. COMMUNITY. Humans are social creatures by nature. We do best when we belong to a group of likeminded people. When those people happen to be committed to fitness and health – it’s awesome.

If you want your friends, family members, colleagues, or people on Facebook to join your team or take your advice – you have to be a poster child for healthy lifestyle yourself.
1. ENVIRONMENT. Eating local, seasonal, minimally processed foods is one of the best things you can do for the environment. It’s also the best thing you can do for YOU. Doing workouts with BB at home saves driving time and gas you would spend driving to a gym. Exercise and balanced diet make you healthy, calm, energetic, and beautiful inside and out; as such you are not a burden on our society, but an asset. You are no longer a “problem” – you have successfully transformed yourself into a “solution.” And that’s what it’s all about in a grand scheme of things!
