I was already working out in my home gym to manage stress levels, when I left corporate America in 2009 burnt out and wanting for something more fulfilling. Shortly thereafter a friend approached me asking him to “Train him”. That single request set forth a chain of events. I became an ACE Certified Personal trainer, had migrated from my home gym to a 24/7 gym, was hired by my 24/7 gym with independent clients on the side. Which then lead to Team Beachbody when my independent clients found themselves traveling and in hotels with poor exercise facilities.

My motto is:
Fitness belongs in the hands of ALL,
Not just those who can afford it.

Team Beachbody makes my mission a reality, and now I am able to help people financially as well.
