This is not my first time attempting weight loss, and I have had mixed successes and failures over the years. I am now ready to make a plan for the rest of my life. On top of becoming a BeachBody Coach, I have started back to college, and I am in a Bachelors of Nutrition Science program, just to round out my healthy start! 2) Use the diet and nutrition information supplied to change your eating habits. Healthy foods, to support your healthy body!
3) Choose the correct Supplements to achieve your goals! There are supplements to help on days you are having trouble meeting your nutritional needs.

I started this year out with 15 minutes on the treadmill every evening, working up to 45 or more minutes. My biggest assist was buying a pedometer in March to monitor my movement during More ...
I started this year out with 15 minutes on the treadmill every evening, working up to 45 or more minutes. My biggest assist was buying a pedometer in March to monitor my movement during the day. My goal is 10K steps per day, and I average 13K most days. After a few months of building up on the treadmill, I started 5 minutes on the elliptical. Now I can do an hour, and just the improved fitness and stamina have been very rewarding. My scale is not moving much, but my clothes are getting looser, and I feel great! To update in early November, the scale has finally moved a bunch, and the measurements are going down. I have added TurboJam workouts back into my schedule, 4 or 5 times per week, and I am feeling wonderul! I have a long way to go, but a great plan in place to achieve my goals. I feel more hopeful than I have in a long time! ** Update 1/5/2009 Just starting Chalean Extreme this week! I can't wait to see the results....just pushing play every day, and working the program! ** Update 1/13/2009 I have decided to become a BeachBody Coach, and really make a commitment to making myself, and others successful!
