Cleveland, GA I am 44 years young and love life! I married my high school sweet heart and have a 20 year old son. When I was in high school I started exercising to stay in shape and have been active and working out ever since. A surgery in 2003 had me unable to workout nor be as physical as I used to be. I started gaining weight and gained 25 pounds (which all went south if you know what I mean). It was I am 44 years young and love life! A surgery in 2003 had me unable to workout nor be as physical as I used to be. I started gaining weight and gained 25 pounds (which all went south if you know what I mean). It was all blubber and I started seeing cellulite in my legs. My New Year’s resolution for 2004 was to get in shape, eat healthy and exercise for my heart, body and soul. I started off using miscellaneous workout videos but they didn’t work. I didn’t really know how often to workout or how often to lift weights. I found a Beachbody link on Kathy Smith’s website. I read about the Slim in 6 program which sounded great. I would follow a diet, exercise 6 days a week, drink plenty of water and rest. How easy was that? EASY!!! I have been hooked on Beachbody products ever since!
About two years ago (2008) I found the joy and fun of running. It was hard at first to run around the block. If I had not completed the Beachbody programs I would not have been able to continue to run and push myself to run further. They gave me the confidence to keep going, the knowledge to stop when it was necessary and gave me the strength to not listen to my head who would tell me all kinds of lame excuses to try to get me to stop. Now I love to run.
I feel incredible - I am healthier than I have been in years. Thanks Beachbody, everyone in WOWY, and everyone on the message boards! You changed my life forever!!!

I started my Beachbody experience in June 2004 with the PHH series. Once I finished with the PHH series I went on to complete P90, P90X, P90X+, Slim Series, Turbojam, Chalean Extreme, Hip Hop Abs and Insanity.
I started a round of P90X/Insanity/BBL on May 17, 2010 and finished the program on August 7, 2010. I lost a total of 2.5 inches. My next journey is a round of TurboFire/Chalean Extreme/Kickboxing which I started on August 16, 2010. Here are my stats as of day 1:
Chest: 32” Right Arm: 10” Left Arm: 10.25” Waist: 27” Hips: 33” Right Thigh: 22.5” Left Thigh: 22” Right Calf: 13.5” Left Calf: 13.5”
