Hello Team! I am a 6'4" male living in Clearwater, Florida. I have weight trained for 22 years plus, but just never had those abs we all strive for. I love photography, motorcycles, eating out, working out and pleanty of beach time. I also enjoy being around outgoing people that enjoy this fine life we are all blessed with.

I have trained in different Martial Arts and had to stop due to a neck injury. I have found that P90X not only allows me to train, but has taken my body to realms that police work, martial arts, and weight training have never touched! I also was never able to do leg work due to other fears of internal injurys, and so far... P90X has been a DREAM!
