More statistics| Havert Palmer, AK I am currently a mother of two, teacher, but I am also a former college athlete and trainer. Now, I'm out of shape and I feel like so many people, I have no time to focus on myself. I am tired of complaining and realize I have two options: 1. Whine and get no-where or 2.
