I'm 38 years old and live in the fried food capital of the planet. I'm an attorney and work in a very high stress environment. Before my "transormation" I was the basic couch potato, loved to eat, watch tv, and pretend that I was getting healthy. Now, I'm actually doing it. I'm an avid scuba diver and travel at least twice a year to exotic locales and love every second.

In September of 2005, I was out of control, weight 295 on my 5' 11' frame, blood pressure was ridiculous over extreme and blood sugar was dangerously high. Went on the low carb diet, south beach, did More ...
In September of 2005, I was out of control, weight 295 on my 5' 11' frame, blood pressure was ridiculous over extreme and blood sugar was dangerously high. Went on the low carb diet, south beach, did well, blood sugar came down without meds and I lost about 60 lbs. I'm in the mid 230's now and have been for a year. Time to kick it up and push through this plateau.
