A couple of years ago, I stepped on the scale and it read 189.8 lbs. There was no way I was going to 190! I started doing some "interval" workouts when I was introduced to P90X. After a round of P90X, I was down to 165 lbs and in the best shape I'd been in since high school. I have gone on to do various P90X/P90X+/One on One hybrids and most recently completed Insanity. Now I am working through a P90X/Insanity Hybrid, which is awesome. The variety available in these and other Beachbody programs keep the workouts fun and challenging. I've maintained my body weight and strive to improve in all areas of my fitness and nutrition.
