I completed P90X Lean and Brazil Butt Lift last year. I got lazy and stopped working out as soon as the weather started to get cold and the days got shorter. I kept trying to start a second round of P90X, but could not stick with it - I got sick, I didn't have time, or some other excuse. I was in the workout doldrums!

A coach friend of mine recommended ChaLEAN Extreme and had amazing progress photos to prove how well it worked. I purchased CLX as a Christmas gift to myself and started it in January. It was just what I needed - new workouts and a schedule with lots of variety. I loved the shorter workouts and having two rest days each week.

I took a week off after CLX and started Asylum in June. This is the most challenging program I have done to date. Now I know the meaning of "your workout is my warm up"! For these 30 days, I have adopted a stricter diet. I cheated a lot during CLX. Now I have eliminated alcohol, most dairy, coffee and sweets. I am incorporating more whole and vegan foods into my diet.

My fiance and I are getting married in September, so I want to have really good muscle definition...and maybe even a 6 pack for my honeymoon! Stay tuned!
