Hi My name is Fiona. I am a recent graduate from UNLV. I am getting married in Oct. and I am trying to lose some weight so I look great in my white dress. The weight I gain was due to college, stress, not being as active as I was in high school, fine dining with my fiance, and my love for sweets.

I been trying to me more active. Every day I jump on elliptical machine and work out 30 mins. every day. At first I started 10 mins everyday and then slowly moved up 5-10 mins a week or when I feel More ...
I been trying to me more active. Every day I jump on elliptical machine and work out 30 mins. every day. At first I started 10 mins everyday and then slowly moved up 5-10 mins a week or when I feel ready to push myself.

Now I signed up for kick boxing, which I call Bridal Bootcamp. I train twice a week on Monday and Wednesdays with Sifu (a wowy trainer).

Also I been really trying to watch what I eat. I been on weight watchers, the Atkins diet, you name it.... Its now developed from all what I learn into a Fiona diet. I watch what I eat, count them but then cut out a lot of sugar and carbs. I still eat a little carbs to make a rounded healthy "diet". I drink a lot of water but you have to in the desert. I pretty much cut out soda because since I cut out a lot of sugar its to sweet for me. Time to time I might drink a diet ginger ale due to an upset stomach.
