I started my first round of P90X October 28, 2009. I was around 210 pounds with a body fat percentage of 30%+. After 90 days I dropped 40 pounds and my body fat percentage 18%.

I started my first round of P90X October 28, 2009. I was around 210 pounds with a body fat percentage of 30%+. After 90 days I dropped 40 pounds and my body fat percentage 18%.
I have since completed a second round of P90X and am currently in my 10th week of P90X+. I have gained 10 pounds of muscle and continued to drop my body fat percentage to 16%.
