HI EVERYONE.....well here it goes...i am 24 no kids never married. I just came home from Florida after working at Disney World. Anyway I now work full time at a rehab/crisis/detox. So basically my life is already here to help people. But the thing i just realized is I help other people but I for along time I havent takin care of myself. I am 200 lbs overweight, i have health issues, and I can barely walk without having issues breathing. Im sorry but I decided that I wasnt going to die before I turn 30. And that is exactly where I am heading. I want to be 6 pounds lighter not 6 feet under. I watch those shows on tv about extremely overweight people, and im like how can they let theirselves get that big. But you know I def wasnt looking in the mirror. I am heading right where they are going. Heres the same story you hear all the time, I have had issues with my weight my whole life. Which is true, some due to medication but most of it is becasue of me being lazy and not caring. I am 5'6 my ideal weight at the most is 154, I am 350 as of right now (wow I have never told anyone besides my mom my weight) I know it will take at least 2 years to get where i want to be. I have tried everything, from pills, to starving myself, from seeing a nutrionist. But nothing has really worked. or was it that i really didnt try hard enough. Every New Years I want two things. To loose weight, and to be married lol. As of right now neither has happened. But it will. I guess it just takes time. and ALOTTTTTTT of motivation. I WILL NOT GIVE UP on this challenge. So I guess we all have a story and something we challenge ourselves to....and my challenge is:

-To loose 206 lbs in 2 years.
-To gain more self confidance
-To manage my life and health alot better.
