Overweight since I was a child, at age 15 I decided to get in shape. I was
tired of being the "fat kid" in class and I promised myself that I would enter
high school at a healthy weight. I started walking and reading Prevention
magazine to learn all I could about health and fitness. In about 6 months time
I went from being a size 18 to a size 8/10. I had gone from a weight of over
