I'm a 21-year old former college student, I currently work as a salaried Supervisor for a major Telecommunications company at an outsourced tech support call center. I get little to no activity on this job outside of walking around the center. I started my fitness adventure with P90x straight off on 4/24/11 weighing in at 309lbs.

I'm a naturally large built guy, I played football in High School as an offensive and defensive lineman, and because of my muscle, I've always been heavy. However, in the 3 years since High School, I've put on too much fat and lost a lot of my old muscle. Lifting weight I used to warm up with is a challenge now, and my cardiovascular endurance has gone totally down the tubes.

Because of this, my ultimate goal weight for now is 210-230, depending primarily on how I look, and whether or not I am "in shape" enough to run a full mile easily without stopping, do a pull-up or three, and just general comfort level with where I am physically. If P90x works as well as it did for a friend of mine, I have no qualms about making it into "P-lifetime-x".
