I'm 23 years old. I live in Iowa. I have used Power 90 before (I started it
about 3 years ago, but due to some personal and family issues, I stopped) and
had decent results.

I enjoy being fit, but have a hard time finding exercises that I actually enjoy
doing. Eating healthy is something I really try to stick to because of all the
health problems that run in my family due to weight gain.

lbs total since beginning this journey!
