Well I am new to team beachbody and need something to help get my body into shape. I am a 40 yr old nurse which has done the yo=yo game of weight control. I have lost weight before with WW and doing it the second time round, but it seems harder because one of my friends is busy with her life. It is the exercise and motivation to do something, anything that I a struggle with some days. My job

My long term goal is to reach 140-150 lb and maintain that weight looking fit ,toned and healthy. I know that for weight to stay off it should be lost as a healthy rate of 1-2 lbs per week. I would More ...
My long term goal is to reach 140-150 lb and maintain that weight looking fit ,toned and healthy. I know that for weight to stay off it should be lost as a healthy rate of 1-2 lbs per week. I would love to be down potentially 20 lbs by July as I will be attending a girlfriend's wedding in London. Want to look like a knockout at that even and for my holidays. I also plan to do some hiking/climbing/hill walking during that time overseas while seeing more of the UK.
Would love to improve my fitness ability to be able to run (not sure what type of goal for this at the moment - maybe minimum for at least 10 minuts at a fast rate, imcrease my ability to do more than 12 mlitary push ups in a minute, and 40 sit ups in a minute. I would love to have a flat abdomen, toned glutes and legs and therefore where my two piece bathings suits with pride of my fabulous body. Maybe I am dreaming, but I promised myself that 2008 was going to be my year to make dreams and goals come true.
