Santa Clarita, CA I'm 60 years old and in pretty good shape.
I've entered into a new and healthy chapter in my life! I am getting in shape with friends from work and church and fitness has become very important to me.
I like a variety of exercise from, Hot Yoga, Zumba, Turbo Kickboxing, Slim in 6, Yoga Booty Ballet, 10 minute Trainer, and Boot Camp! I've been very fortunate to have been surrounded I'm 60 years old and in pretty good shape.

I like a variety of exercise from, Hot Yoga, Zumba, Turbo Kickboxing, Slim in 6, Yoga Booty Ballet, 10 minute Trainer, and Boot Camp! I've been very fortunate to have been surrounded by very positive women who have the same drive. and passion for fitness. I am however a few years older. I also have a sluggish thyroid; a condition called Hypothyroidism. I have no choice but to exercise. If I don't, I feel more tired and sluggish than ever, so I might as well enjoy it. But, I don't always get to the gym, sometimes I just put a DVD in and push play!
I don't claim to be a fitness expert, but I am getting healthy and fit and am motivated and inspired. Exercise at any age is important. But as we get older, it is even more important to keep moving!
I am not where I want to be as far as fitness and weight, but I am getting there and it is now a lifestyle for me.
I'm ready for the next challenge and have been wanting to get the Brazillian Butte Lift. I'm ready for another challenge. The Beach Body Challenge! Brazilian Butte Lift Style. I'm excited!
