I am working mom with 2 daughters. I work as an account by day and then a mom/wife at night. In January 2008 my father went through double bypass surgery and then I vowed I would lose weight to get healthy. I started weighing 220lbs in Jan/08 and in October 08 I hit my goal of 150lbs.. so total 70lbs lost. I want to shape up and tone up those troublesome abs and lower back and thigh areas.

At first I started out eating smalled healthier meals, then started to jog/walk for my lunch hour. After 3 months I was actually jogging 10km in an hour everyday at work. I lost 70lbs in less than 9 More ...
At first I started out eating smalled healthier meals, then started to jog/walk for my lunch hour. After 3 months I was actually jogging 10km in an hour everyday at work. I lost 70lbs in less than 9 months. I want to continue my transformation with tightening up the abs, butt, thighs and lower back.
